AIDIN reads only the group chats it has been added to — never anyone's personal messages or DMs it isn't part of. It is built to track work commitments, not people: it surfaces which tasks are open or late, not who typed how much or how fast anyone replies.
Yes — activation is consent-first by design. Everyone in a group is told AIDIN is present and what it does before it starts keeping the record, and the specifics of your rollout and notice wording are agreed with you in writing during onboarding.
Access inside your company is limited to the people you nominate. Storage location, retention period and the data processing agreement are confirmed with you in writing before rollout — we'd rather put the specifics in your contract than make a claim on a web page.
English, Hindi and Hinglish — typed or as voice notes — are what our UAE teams use daily, and that's what AIDIN is tuned for. Arabic support is in progress; ask us where it stands before you count on it for your team.
